Shipping + Return Policies

SHIPPING

BUTTONS, STICKERS, ACCESSORIES ship for $3.95 for ANY SIZE ORDER to addresses in the USA via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You will receive notification with a tracking number when the order ships, and again when it has been delivered.

SHIRTS ship separately with a shipping charge calculated at checkout. You will receive notification with a tracking number when the order ships.

RETURNS

We stand by our products! If you don't love them 100%, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. 

Items must be received in original condition. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we can’t guarantee we'll receive your return without tracking. Package them to avoid damage (the original packaging works great for that), include your order number (important!), and ship to: State of the Button, Attn: Returns, PO Box 44, Milford OH 45150. Please ship shirts to State of the Button at the address shown on the packing slip.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive defective items (scratched, bent, etc), email us at service@stateofthebutton.com with your order number and a snapshot of the defective items and we will ship replacements ASAP.
